How to Use:

1. Fit the left pedal unit with semi-circular rubber grip and wire rope
2. Repeat the same with the right pedal, keeping 8–10 inches apart
3. Attach safety belt and connect the hook to right handle
4. Press left leg down and raise the right, then alternate upward
5. Once at the top, you can work freely with both hands
6. For descent, loosen pedals alternately and step down slowly

Safety Tip:

• Practice climbing at a height of 8–10 feet, 5 to 6 times before actual use.
• Do not climb without wearing a safety belt.
